How an engagement actually runs

Not API reference docs. This is the engineering handbook for what working with us looks like, stage by stage.

1. Kickoff & discovery

Every engagement starts with a discovery call covering the problem, constraints, and success criteria. We follow up with a written scope document, not a vague proposal deck, that lists concrete deliverables, timeline, and price.

Nothing is built until you have signed off on that scope.

2. Architecture & planning

Before writing application code, we document the system design: data flow, key components, and the tradeoffs behind each technology choice. You get this document, not just the final system, so you understand why it works the way it does.

For AI and data heavy projects, this stage includes a written evaluation plan: how we will measure whether the system actually performs.

3. Build & communication

We work in short milestones with visible progress: staging environments you can access, not status updates you have to take on faith. Direct access to the engineers means questions get answered without a relay.

4. Delivery & handoff

On delivery you receive full source code in a repository you control, deployment documentation, and a walkthrough of the system with the people who built it. There is no dependency on us to keep operating what we shipped.

5. Post launch support

Fixed scope projects include a defined post launch support window. Monthly partnerships continue that support on an ongoing basis, with priority response times agreed up front.
